Duncan has worked in Radiotherapy for his entire career both clinically and in the corporate sphere. He is motivated by creating new products and services that make a real difference to the lives of both patients and radiotherapy professionals worldwide. Duncan employs straight forward ideas right through to capturing disruptive technology when integrating simple or complex radiotherapy treatment systems into the busy clinical routine. Affordable managed service propositions, recurring revenue streams and enhancing shareholder and corporate partner value are his key priorities when developing new ideas and creating new business ventures and sales and marketing strategies.

She is a senior radiographer who has been involved in the management of UK radiotherapy departments for more than 30 years. She has maintained her contact with the College of Radiographers and the other regulatory bodies in the area and has consistently delivered a valuable product.
